Hasat Yöntemi: Zeytin Ormanı %30-40 eğimlerde bakir doğaya sahip hasat şartları çok zor olan bir alan. Alanımız, modern hasat makineleri için elverişli olmadığından zeytinlerimizi %90 elle hasat etmekteyiz.

Aynı gün zeytinyağına dönüşen mahsulümüzü filtreledikten sonra 12 ay boyunca sabit 16 C ° iklimlendirilen modern depomuzda krom nikel tanklarda hava ile irtibatı kesili olarak güvenle saklıyoruz.
